Charles Sprague

Founder and Chairman

Charles has been a part of the Celebrate Recovery Inside team that visited inmates in McHenry County Jail. Inspired by God, he started a mission to help those who leave jail and prison. Many inmates were anxious to leave jail or prison but had no plans for success in the world outside of prison or jail. Our organization feels called to help those who want to change and succeed in life. Charles has an ABD in organizational leadership and teaches and mentors students at Judson University in Elgin IL.

Called to love and serve his neighbor, Dave brings 40 years of financial industry experience to helping New Life Transitions of Northern Illinois appropriately steward the resources entrusted to us.
